The title of this piece, remember, is "True Story." And the name says it all, really. My mother was seriously injured in the crash, and I suppose I've been haunted by it ever since. She still has scars, but we are very much alive and well.
Actually, this comic is rather out of date - I do drive now, and I like to think I'm getting good at it. I'm a fairly careful driver, anyway. |
